Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service, booking a session, or initiating a verification request. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Career Counseling Services (For Students)

Our career counseling, profile evaluation, and resume-building services are conducted by empanelled professional experts.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling:
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked counseling session, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
    • Cancellations made before the 24-hour window will eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduling slot.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session or attempt to reschedule/cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be marked as “Completed,” and no refund will be issued, as the counselor’s time was blocked.
  • Post-Session Refunds: Once a counseling session, mock interview, or resume evaluation has been delivered, it is considered a completed professional service. No refunds will be issued post-delivery under any circumstances.

2. Verification Services (For Consultants & Universities)

Verification fees cover the administrative and technological costs of routing, tracking, and coordinating with academic institutions.

  • No Refund for Negative/Discrepant Outcomes: The verification fee is charged for the act of processing the request, not for a specific result. If a University checks its registry and marks a document as “Forged,” “Altered,” “Fake,” or “Record Not Found,” the service is considered successfully completed. No refunds will be granted for negative verification results.
  • Delays by Academic Institutions: Academic institutions operate on their own administrative timelines. While the Platform fast-tracks requests, we are not responsible for delays on the University’s end. Refunds will not be issued due to processing delays caused by the institution.
  • Duplicate Requests: If a Consultant accidentally submits the same verification request for the same candidate twice, a refund for the duplicate transaction can be requested within 48 hours of submission, provided the University has not already begun processing it.

3. Exceptional Circumstances (System Failures)

A full refund will be processed under the following technical conditions:

  • A user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway glitch (the duplicate amount will be reversed).
  • The Platform faces an extended technical outage that makes it impossible to route a time-sensitive verification request before it is automatically canceled by our system.

4. Refund Processing Mechanism

  • How to Apply: To request a refund under eligible circumstances, please email billing@[yourplatformdomain].com with your User ID, Transaction ID, and the reason for the request.
  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be credited back via the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days, in accordance with standard Indian banking channels and payment gateway timelines.
